7. Registration Confirmation & Acknowledgement

By submitting my registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that my registration is not confirmed until my deposit invoice has been paid in full.

• I understand that accommodations are assigned on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

• I understand that my accommodation preference or request is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• I have reviewed all information provided in my registration and confirm that it is complete, accurate, and up to date.

• I understand that any changes to my registration or accommodation requests after submission may be subject to availability and additional fees.

• I agree to comply with all retreat policies, guidelines, and instructions communicated by the retreat organizers before and during the event.

• I understand that the organizers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to accommodations, schedules, or programming if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to read and understand all registration information, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and any additional terms associated with my participation.
